Munich, 20 September 2013 – Linde AG has been listed again in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index. The analysts at RobecoSAM have thereby acknowledged the continuous improvement in the sustainability performance of the technology group. RobecoSAM is an independent service-provider which specialises in evaluating sustainable investment decisions. This year, RobecoSAM commended Linde particularly for its activities in the areas of compliance, environmental management systems, risk management and crisis management.

We are delighted that this strategy has also been recognised by independent experts," said Professor Dr Wolfgang Reitzle, Chief Executive Officer of Linde AG. RobecoSAM evaluates the sustainability practices of the 2,500 largest companies in the world listed on the Dow Jones Global Index. Only the top-performing 10 percent of those companies are included in the internationally renowned Dow Jones Sustainability World Index.
